Utterly depressing. I use numbers a great deal at work and I despair when we get a new starter who has just left school/college (or uni for that matter) when I have to try and explain some very basic maths calculations. They simply do not grasp the basics - and this isn't me being cocky because I'm used to doing what I do. I'm talking subtraction, percentages, ratios. None of it is difficult. Mind you, I've still not found a practical use for Venn Diagrams.................

I know 2 guys (British, so not in Baghdad) who have served over there. This is common practise (moving target harder to hit etc etc). Regarding the comments, and I could be wrong about this, but it's only white people using the term "sand nigger". Are we to assume that this is an acceptable phrase in the USA? Can non-whites say it as well? I'm glad the American empire is crumbling. I'm sick of it.

Well, everyone knows money has long removed any sportsmanship from any game where someone can be a professional.

Look at Shearer a few years ago, when his side played against Stevenage. Almost didn't win, and he decided rather than say "you know, for a load of plumbers who only do this for fun, they gave it their all", to complain about the ball. This was exactly the same ball he was endorsing at the time.

Personally I'd look at it more like this:

imagine it was your loved one. Whether the turf is replaced or not, you know that in one way or another they are at the home end. Well, how does that work when they move it?
